Each group will present a topic of interest in the theme of ”Law Related to Technology”
The presentation is in the form of role-playing along with an infographic showing a short summary of deliverable knowledge
All group members must take part equally in producing group work.
The main aim of this project assessment is to familiarize all students with various topics around law and technology with a discussion of awareness and/or concerns about related issues.
The project assessment provides students with experiences in real case studies where each group should be able to apply the knowledge and legal principles learned in the class to real situations.
Planning State
Students must form a group of 7-8 persons (from the same Section).
Each group selects a topic of interest. Where the topic must be real and/or example case studies that can be selected from textbooks, Supreme Court's Judgements, or news (to be clearly specified).
Clearly specify whether they are Thai or international case studies.
Information about real names that might appear in the selected real case studies must be excluded when producing group works.
Put the list of group members (student ID numbers and full names) and the project topic (with a brief description - i.e. 2-3 lines) into the shared spreadsheet (see the link provided in Google Classroom) by 18 Oct 2024
Score Rubric
Infographic slide (10 marks)
A 1-page infographic slide outlining your project summary, including:
The story of your case study
Legal issues
Related legal principles
Analysis of the case by applying appropriate legal principles
Conclusion
To be produced using PowerPoint or any other presentation applications and exported as a PDF file for submission.
A good infographic should be attractive and provide a basic understanding of the proposed presentation without further explanation but should not contain too many details.

Role play and outline presentation (10 marks)
In this assessment component, a role play mimicking situations of your selected case study and outline presentation following the submitted infographic slide must be produced as a single video file.
Enhance the understanding of the topic by providing useful discussion in a creative manner via role-play presentation (including all the steps outlined in the infographic) and express the key points learned from the case studies.
Show the infographic in the video, for example, during the introduction and conclusion.
The video file must be submitted in the .mp4 type. The maximum length is 10 minutes. Where the focus should be on the role-playing part.
